Questions people actually ask
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is attached to your account at registration and simply expires. Nothing is stored and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
One button on the billing page. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew.
What happens to my progress if I stop paying?
It is kept. XP, solved labs, exam history and badges are all still there if you come back — you simply lose access to the paid content while unsubscribed.
Can I switch paths on the single-path plan?
Yes, from the billing page — free, and it takes effect straight away. Once per billing period on the monthly plan; Lifetime stays with the path you bought it for.
What happens if I change plan?
Moving up (one path to everything, or to Lifetime) starts at once and is charged in full then; the old plan stops renewing. Moving across or down (annual to monthly, everything to one path) starts when the period you have paid for ends.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy in our terms. If we refund a payment, the access it paid for ends when the refund is made — a Lifetime purchase included.
Is the lifetime plan really lifetime?
For that one path, yes — including content added to it later. It does not cover the other paths.
Do you offer student or team pricing?
Not at the moment. Every plan is for one person, at the prices above.
